Local data and external services

Pixel Feed stores game progress, settings, highscores, power-up inventory and custom photo levels locally on your device. These local game files are not uploaded to the developer's own servers.

The app uses Google services for ads, consent management and in-app purchases. Google may process personal data as described below.

Your own images

If you use your own photos for photo levels, they remain stored locally on your device. The app does not upload images to its own servers.

Sharing .peel files only happens through your explicit action via the operating system share dialog.

Why permissions are used

Google Play Billing

Optional purchases, especially permanent access to Photo Mode for playing your own images as levels (planned price: EUR 1.99), are processed through Google Play Billing. The app itself does not store payment details.

Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Google AdMob and rewarded ads

Active / prepared

Pixel Feed uses or prepares optional advertising through Google AdMob. Ads are mainly rewarded ads, for example for bonus coins, highscore-run revives or other voluntary benefits.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process data such as IP address, advertising ID or device identifiers, app interactions such as launches, taps and video views, and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, security and technical diagnostics.

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform SDK (UMP) to request required consent. Where required, you can change or withdraw your choices through the app's privacy/consent options.

Not directed at children

Pixel Feed is not specifically directed at children. If the app is distributed to age groups that require special privacy or advertising restrictions, the corresponding Google Play and AdMob settings must be configured correctly.

Access, deletion and more

You may have rights to access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent under applicable data protection laws. Local game data can be deleted by uninstalling the app. For Google-processed data, Google's privacy and account settings also apply.
