TrueNara - Anleitung zur Kontolöschung

Du kannst dein TrueNara-Konto jederzeit selbst in der App löschen. Die Löschung ist dauerhaft und kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden.

Achtung: Mit dem Löschen deines Kontos werden alle deine persönlichen Daten sowie alle gemeinsamen Paardaten (Mood, Good Vibes, Deep Sync, Kalender, Quiz, Glücksrad) unwiderruflich gelöscht. Dein:e Partner:in verliert ebenfalls den Zugang zu diesen Daten.

So löschst du dein Konto

Öffne die TrueNara App und melde dich mit deinem Konto an.

Tippe unten rechts auf das Profil-Symbol (Person-Icon in der Navigationsleiste).

Scrolle ganz nach unten zum Abschnitt „Gefahrenzone".

Tippe auf „Konto löschen" und bestätige die Löschung im erscheinenden Dialog.

Dein Konto und alle damit verbundenen Daten werden sofort und dauerhaft gelöscht.
Was wird gelöscht?
Dein Nutzerprofil, deine E-Mail-Adresse, alle Beziehungsinhalte (Antworten, Einträge, Nachrichten), die Paarverbindung sowie dein Firebase-Auth-Account werden vollständig entfernt. Push-Token werden ebenfalls sofort gelöscht.

Kein App-Zugang mehr?

Falls du keinen Zugang zur App hast, dein Konto aber trotzdem löschen möchtest, schreibe uns eine E-Mail an support@truenara.com mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen" und der E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos. Wir löschen dein Konto manuell innerhalb von 7 Werktagen.

Delete Account

TrueNara - Account deletion instructions

You can delete your TrueNara account at any time directly in the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Warning: Deleting your account permanently removes all your personal data as well as all shared couple data (Mood, Good Vibes, Deep Sync, Calendar, Quiz, Fortune Wheel). Your partner will also lose access to this data.

How to delete your account

Open the TrueNara app and sign in to your account.

Tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the navigation bar.

Scroll all the way down to the "Danger Zone" section.

Tap "Delete account" and confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.

Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately and permanently.
What gets deleted?
Your user profile, email address, all relationship content (answers, entries, messages), the couple connection and your Firebase Auth account are completely removed. Push tokens are also deleted immediately.

No app access?

If you no longer have access to the app but still want to delete your account, send an email to support@truenara.com with the subject "Delete account" and the email address of your account. We will delete your account manually within 7 business days.
